About the LDG Announcements Mailing List	English (USA)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Leathermen's Discussion Group Announcements Mailing List provides a twice-monthly emailed announcement of LDG's current programs and events schedule. LIMITATIONS This service is a private, secure, announcements-only list. Therefore: 1) we do not display or share your email address with other members, non-members or other groups, and 2) no one is allowed to post messages on this list except our list administrator. ADULT SUBSCRIBERS ONLY Although LDG announcements are provided for general information on educational events, they may contain sexually explicit language and are intended for adults only. PLEASE NOTE: By clicking the SUBSCRIBE button, you attest that you are of majority age as defined by the effective laws in your local area. We provide this messsage to alert users, however, we assume no responsibility for their actions or any subsequent result of their actions. TO SUBSCRIBE You may subscribe to the Announcements mailing list by following the instructions and clicking the SUBSCRIBE button below. Please note that you will receive an email to confirm your subscription request. In order to avoid others from adding your email address to our list, you must confirm your request by following the instructions in the confirmation email, otherwise your request will be voided. Note that the subject line will contain the word "confirm" followed by a lengthy character sequence. TO MODIFY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION You may modify the email address, name or password on your subscription by following the instructions below. Should you have any questions or problems with modifying your subscription, please contact our list administrator at admin@sfldg.org. TO UNSUBSCRIBE You may unsubscribe at anytime. Instructions to unsubscribe can be found below and also at the end of each emailed announcement. Should you have any questions or problems with unsubscribing, please contact our list administrator at admin@sfldg.org. OUR POLICY We provide the LDG Announcements, a free community service, "as is." We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions in any of our communications including but not limited to the content of our subscription announcements, our program announcements, our web site, and our emails. We do not share or sell our current or past subscribers' email address to others. We treat the information that our subscribers provide as privileged and confidential. We will attempt to send announcements only to current subscribers although we cannot guarantee delivery. We will automatically discontinue subscriptions that continually bounce back our announcements. We reserve the right to ban subscribers perceived as subversive or disruptive to this service or otherwise subscribing to the list with malicious or illegal intent.
Using Announcements
Only the List Administrator may post to the Announcements List. No other postings are allowed. For any questions regarding list administration, send inquiry to admin@sfldg.org. For all other inquiries, send to Info@sfldg.org. You can subscribe, unsubscribe, or change your existing subscription information in the sections below.
Subscribing to LDG Announcements
Subscribe to LDG Announcements by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a personal privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will be emailed back to you in cleartext upon request. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated and emailed to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can also request a mail-back of your password at any time.
