Over the last two and a half years, we have experienced challenge and change to some, or all, dimensions of our lives. The capacity and limits we once had—physical, mental, emotional, sexual, social, etc.—may have shifted. As we move into a “new normal“, it may be important to ask yourself some key questions: “What changed for you?”, “How do you feel about this change?”, “What does this change mean to you as a person/kinkster?”, and “What limits do you want (or need) to push, pull back, and/or let be?”.
