The skills of grappling and the art of wrestling have been around for well over seven decades as a sport. Grappling can involve some martial arts moves while wrestling can involve calculated counter-moves.

Even though they both have their own standalone techniques, they can also be used in conjunction with each other, especially for an “erotic game” and sweat-building session.

The class will cover techniques and ways to position oneself to escape submission to your opponent and extend the "game." Takedown methods, throws and pinning your opponent for the enjoyment of a “win” (or a “loss”) will also be demonstrated.

In addition to the above we will discuss safety concerns, gear, muscle fatigue and many more topics that fit into a grappling and wrestling scene.

MARK FRAZIER has been involved in the leather and kink lifestyle for over 25 years and has led over 1700 workshops. He has had the privilege of owning nightclubs, holding leather titles ranging from local to International, holding board positions and memberships on numerous prominent local to international organizations, and has been honored with many awards and accolades. Mark currently resides in Dallas, Texas, where he co-owns the Dallas Eagle.

LDG is thrilled to see Mark return to us again in 2012. This special program will be held at the club Beatbox, on 11th near Folsom.
